The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR require us to explain the valid legal bases we rely on in order to process your personal information. As such, we may rely on the following legal bases to process your personal information:
-
Consent. We may process your information if you have given us permission (i.e. consent) to use your personal information for a specific purpose. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

4. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
In Short: We may share information in specific situations described in this section and/or with the following third parties.
We may share your data with third parties when necessary:
Wix provides our website hosting and enquiry-form services. Information submitted through the form may be held in Wix’s submission and communications systems.
123 Reg provides our business email service and handles messages sent to and from our business email address.
Usercentrics provides the website’s cookie-choice controls. See our Cookie Policy for information about these controls.
We remain responsible for explaining how we use your information and responding to your data-protection requests.
Wix may process website visitor information outside the UK. Its Data Processing Addendum describes the transfer arrangements it uses, including recognised adequacy decisions and contractual safeguards where applicable. You can read Wix’s Data Processing Addendum or contact us for more information.
We never sell or share your data for marketing purposes without your consent.
5. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to access or store information. Specific information about how we use such technologies and how you can refuse certain cookies is set out in our Cookie Policy.
6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law.
Our usual practice is to delete an enquiry email after replying to it. If you reply again, we deal with that response as new correspondence. This does not mean that every copy is immediately removed from Wix, email systems or backups. An enquiry submitted through this website may also be recorded in Wix’s form and communications systems. Turning off contact-field saving does not turn off all submission storage.
Retention depends on the purpose of each record: dealing with your enquiry, administering an agreed service, meeting legal obligations or resolving a complaint or claim. Records are not kept simply because they might be useful. Provider-held copies and backups have separate deletion processes; deleting an email does not guarantee immediate deletion from those systems. Charles Flint Education & Development Ltd remains responsible for its handling of your information. Please contact us if you want to ask about, access or request deletion of your enquiry data.
7. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organisational and technical security measures.
We use access controls and other appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee complete security. Please avoid including sensitive or confidential information in a general enquiry.
8. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
Our education and development work can involve young people. Please do not send a child’s personal or sensitive information through the general enquiry form.
An initial enquiry should describe the programme or support you are interested in without identifying individual pupils or participants. Before collecting information for a young person’s participation, we will explain the information needed, its purpose, the relevant lawful basis, who will receive it and how long it will be kept. This website notice does not replace programme-specific privacy information.
