Courses & Programmes
Learning that connects with everyday life.
Our courses and programmes are developed around their particular topic and the needs of the people taking part. Explore the current programme and courses in development below.
Masculinity in the Modern Age
A six-session programme for boys and young men exploring identity, influence, emotions, relationships and choices.
Tell us about your setting and the group you have in mind. We can discuss the programme’s suitability and what would need to be in place for delivery.

In Development
Alongside our existing work, we’re developing further practical courses for parents, couples, schools and people supporting young people. Each aims to offer useful ideas, everyday examples and room to think about what you might do differently.
Parenting Teenagers
A six-week online course for parents and carers of teenagers, exploring communication, conflict, connection, boundaries and growing independence. Planned format: six weekly sessions of around one hour.
A Course for Couples
A six-week educational course for couples who want to understand familiar patterns, communicate more clearly and approach differences differently. Planned format: six live online sessions. This is a learning course, not couples therapy.
Primary Boys Programme
A small-group school programme using practical activities and rehearsal to explore friendships, disagreements, handling frustration and putting things right when things go wrong. Planned format: four weekly sessions of around 45 minutes, initially shaped for Year 6.
These programmes are being developed. Topics, format and duration may change before they become available. They are not yet open for booking.
