CPD and programmes for your organisation

You may have a clear training brief, or simply know that something needs attention. Perhaps your team keeps returning to the same difficult situations, or you want a programme that gives young people time to explore issues affecting their lives.

We can help you consider what learning would be useful and whether our work is a good fit.

Developed around your needs

Alongside our existing courses, you’re welcome to suggest a topic or ask about commissioning CPD or a programme for your organisation. We can discuss what you have in mind and whether we’re able to develop something suitable.

We start by discussing who it is for, the questions you want to address and what you would like people to take from it. If we agree that the work is a suitable fit, we can then agree the scope, format and practical arrangements, within our areas of experience and expertise.

Programmes for young people

Masculinity in the Modern Age

The programme is available initially through commissioned pilot delivery. Feedback from these pilots will inform any refinements before wider availability.

Contact us to discuss whether a pilot would suit your group and setting.

Working Therapeutically with Boys and Young Men
Masculinity, Shame, Anger and Emotional Development.

This professional CPD explores how we understand and respond to boys and young men, including the assumptions we bring to that work.

Three formats are being prepared: Intro (one hour), Core (2.5 hours) and Full-Day (five learning hours, with breaks additional). We are working towards CPCAB endorsement before opening bookings.

A separate programme for primary-age boys is also in development.

Our commitment to quality

Our aim is to seek CPCAB endorsement for eligible professional training as part of our commitment to quality. We do not currently hold CPCAB centre approval or course endorsement. Each course will clearly state its endorsement status.

Talk to us

Tell us a little about your organisation, who the work would be for and what you have in mind. We can then discuss suitability, accessibility and any staff support or safeguarding arrangements needed.

There is no need to send any detailed or identifiable information in your initial enquiry.
